    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order before confirming it by our team. Once your order is confirmed then you won't be allow to cancel it.

    The product that I received was damaged and I want to return it. What do I do?

    For Domestic Order’s:

    In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, In this condition you are eligible for return or exchange the product that you have purchased from us. You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You can initiate your return request within 2 days.     For International Order’s:

    How will I receive my refund?

    For Domestic Order Refund:

    In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 2 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days.

    For International Order Refund:

    In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
